Why the Higgs Boson makes time NOT Fundamental

Whether time is fundamental or not has often been debated. Here is a definitive proof, at least to me, for why time is not fundamental.

The Higgs Field, via the Higgs boson, gives everything mass. If every particle did not have mass, then every particle would be traveling at the speed of light, and there would be no time (literally no time because everything is traveling at the speed of light, but also because every speed is the same the would be no sense of time either).  So, since the Higgs gives everything mass (that interacts with the Higgs), the Higgs is indirectly the reason we have "time." Therefore time is not fundamental, but just an effect from physics.
